Mathew “Shigeo” Diaz — born and raised in Miami. Seven years ago videography was a hobby; it became the work of art I get to capture daily. Creating for others has always been the passion — living from it is the dream that lets the full creative vision breathe.
I make films and storylines that matter — not just for the numbers, but for the connection they create. Whether it reaches your two friends, your family, or millions across the world, the job is the same: make something that resonates, one way or another.
The agency grew out of that — and out of the grind every small media shop knows: a saturated market, brutal outreach, and a livable wage that demands an edge nobody else has. Mine isn't AI-made media — the camera stays human. It's an AI assistant that runs the business 24/7: documents, organization, outreach — consistently finding the right clients while I stay behind the lens. Five employees, condensed into one portable machine, at your will.
That machine has a name — flor.cam. I built it for my own studio first, then turned it into something anyone can own: a local-first app that keeps the whole business on your own machine, bought once and never rented. The back office you'd deploy with me is the same desk I run every day, and it's yours to own at flor.cam.
